1.1. Changes to the quote must be confirmed by email.   

1.2. Additional work requires approval before starting.   

1.3. Both parties must sign off on extra work.   

1.4. Additional work will be invoiced separately.

2.1. A 10% deposit is due before the project start date. 

• Additional material costs must be settled prior to the commencement of work. 

• The project will not commence until the deposit is received.   

2.2. Milestone payments are agreed upon upfront.   

2.3. Customer inspection and approval are required before final payment. 

• Defects must be reported within 7 days of inspection.   

2.4. Invoice payment is due upon receipt (Cash on Delivery). 

• A late fee of 1.5% per month applies after 7 days.   

2.5. Materials remain the property of DolanTrades until full payment is received.

3.1. A pre-site inspection is required.   

3.2. Provide safe site access.   

3.3. Basic amenities for workers are required.   

3.4. Only DolanTrades staff are allowed in work areas.   

3.5. The customer must remove valuables and fragile items.   

3.6. Confirm paint colour in writing before work starts.

• Additional charges apply for changes.

• The final decision on colours rests with the customer.   

3.7. Respect for DolanTrades employees is required.

4.1. Work will be completed as per the agreed quote. Changes require written approval.   

4.2. Work will stop if it becomes unsafe or is interfered with.   

4.3. Work will be completed within a reasonable time frame, barring unforeseen issues.   

4.4. DolanTrades staff will treat customers with respect.   

4.5. Working hours are 7 AM to 5 PM unless specified otherwise. 

• Weekend work must be agreed upon in advance.

5.1. Site signage will be displayed during the project unless otherwise requested.   

5.2. Before and after photos will be taken for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

6.1. There is a 3-day cancellation window after signing. 

• Immediate payment is required for work completed, based on the progress made. 

• Additional fees apply as per the rate card.
